Better to be prepared for the unexpected

Last Thursday, a young couple from Geneva proved once again that a true Swiss never arrives late! They rang the bell at 4pm ... one month early! E. had made a mistake of one month when booking.

Fortunately their room was free, even if it needed to be prepared and especially to be brought up to temperature because we keep the unoccupied rooms at 10°C. Sylvaine asked them to give her a couple of hours and when they came back in the evening, the room was ready, clean and at the right temperature.

The next morning, they left us happy after a good breakfast with fresh croissants, homemade yoghurts and cannelés from Bordeaux.
